The Farm in Poway

At the November 3, 2020 election, Poway voters approved Measure P allowing the development of a master-planned sustainable community called “The Farm” with a maximum of 160 homes and at least 70.4 acres of permanent open space. A majority of the vote was needed to pass the measure and of the 28,076 votes cast, 62.11% were in-favor and 37.89% against. The GVCA will be updating the community with information about cleanup of the property and a timeline for development as information becomes available from The Farm development team.
